We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the information below so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Processing Times
- Please allow 5–7 business days to process your order.
- Lace closures, hair extensions, and accessories will ship once processing is complete.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for the construction of wigs.
- All custom wigs will be shipped within 2–4 business days after construction is complete.
- During major holidays, custom wig construction may take up to 30 days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
- Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days.
Please note: All colored custom wigs require up to 5 additional days beyond the standard construction timeline.
