What Is Your Return Policy?

All sales are final. All orders are customized based on your selection. Due to the nature of our products, including customization of color and length, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.

Please read all disclosures and FAQs prior to making a purchase. Once we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately. Please ensure you have selected the correct style, color, and length before checking out. We do not offer warranties, guarantees, or repairs. We are not responsible for a unit that does not fit.

Custom unit colors are made to order. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. The custom color you select will be as close as possible to the photo shown. We will do our very best to match the color as pictured; however, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive My Items?

• Please allow 5–7 business days to process your order.
• Lace closures, hair extensions, and accessories will ship after processing is complete.
• Please allow up to 25 business days for the construction of wigs.
• All custom wigs will be shipped within 2–4 business days after construction is complete.
• During major holidays, custom wig construction may take up to 30 days.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
• Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days.

Please note: All colored custom wigs may require up to 5 additional days beyond the standard construction timeline.
